This has to be one of the best quipped properties we have ever had the pleasure of staying in -
wonderful. Lovely week apart from the flies - suggest you trim the plum tree
- Thank you once again for the use of your lovely cottage.

George Green Bucks Lovely quiet cottage (until we turned up!) Nice to see sides of Ipswich & Suffolk I didn't get a chance to see when living here... Much bigger place than we expected and all of the facilities were great. Loved Orford and crabby - nearby pub was excellent. Butt & Oyster was brilliant. Neighbours nice and friendly apart from the Freston Boot at the end who didn't like children making a noise. Great views over the Orwell. Do go to Suffolk Food Hall for the steak if nothing else

Thank you we loved it!

Plymouth Devon Cottage exceeded expectations, comfortable, spacious and really lovely. Views and surroundings superb, easy access to whole area and plenty of wildlife to watch. Would highly recommend The King's Head at Stutton for excellent food and friendly service. We tried the Compasses twice but failed on both occasions (closed Tuesday nights/Friday quiz night only basket meals available) would definitely come again.

Had a wonderful time, as always. The family + doggie never want to leave. Have been able to meet and make new friends from my mother's time when she lived nearby. Will be back, thank you so much.

Our week in this fantastic cottage went far too quick. We were blessed with fantastic weather whilst we explored the peninsula's footpaths and bridle ways on foot and on cycle. We can thoroughly recommend the Butt & Oyster in Chelmondiston: Great meal and great beer. What a view and what a place. We will return.

We had a lovely cosy holiday in your cottage. Lily (6) & Evie (2) enjoyed playing with their 2 friends Bill (7) and Ted (41/2) and spent hours upstairs whilst we ate, drank and chatted. We explored locally and a bit further afield. Thanks again.

It really feels like home here. Our best walk was down by Hill Farm along the sea wall as suggested by Nina from the butchers. Emma had much fun with the horses Polly and Sherman.

A brilliant week. Cottage very comfortable. Interesting views of the river and wild life. Try Goslings Farm, Trimley for local produce, garden plants and restaurant/café. Thank you.

Dear Sandy,
This is just to let you know how much we enjoyed Box Iron Cottage. We found lots to do, especially enjoying walks to 'The Butt and Oyster', trips to the Suffolk Food Hall and the dry ski slope at Whearstead.
We had rather mixed weather, but found the cottage lovely and warm and cosy, with all the 'mod cons' we needed. It really was excellent.
Thank you again for the use of the cottage - we may well return!
